Delivering a Champion

Welcome to our guide on how to complete the mission Delivering a Champion in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. In this mission, you will be tasked with delivering Sparta’s Olympic champion, Testikles, to the Olympic Games. However, things may not go as planned. Follow the steps below to successfully complete this mission.

Step 1: Speak with Testikles’s Trainer in Sparta

• Begin the mission by speaking with Testikles’s trainer at the Dromos in Sparta. The trainer will warn you that Testikles is not easy to work with and requires a special oil to cooperate.

Step 2: Go to the Village of Gytheion

• Travel to the Village of Gytheion and call Ikaros to mark the target. Look for a small merchant in the back left of the marketplace near a well. Speak to the slave there, who will express her desire for freedom and her reluctance to steal from her master.

Step 3: Negotiate with the Slave

• Choose the dialogue options I can pay you and Can’t we work something out? The slave will then provide you with the recipe for the special oil. It will be up to you to gather the ingredients and make it.

Step 4: Gather the Ingredients and Make the Oil

• To make the oil correctly, follow these steps:

  – First, light a fire.
  – Add Oil of Athena.
  – Add Rose Petal.

Step 5: Sail to the Bay of Hades

• Once the oil is ready, head back to your ship, the Adestria, and sail towards Messenia. Testikles can be found on a small island in the southern portion of the Bay of Hades, near the Shipwreck of Nestor.

Step 6: Convince Testikles to Go to the Olympics

• When you arrive, you will find Testikles heavily intoxicated. Convince him to go to the Olympics by telling him you have the oil and it’s waiting for him in Elis. Return to the Adestria.

Step 7: Sail to Elis

• Set sail from the Bay of Hades to Elis. Once you dock, speak with Alkibiades. Gather information from him about the games and competitors, and watch the cutscene unfold. Testikles will be unable to participate in the games, and you will need to take his place.

Step 8: Gather Information and Complete the Mission

• Engage in a conversation with Alkibiades to gather more information about the games. Once you have gathered all the necessary information, the mission will come to an end.
