Welcome to the guide for the Equal Employment Opportunity Program mission in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. In this mission, you will need to expand your crew by recruiting a specific archer. Follow the steps below to successfully complete the mission.

Step 1: Locate the Island

• After completing the Learning the Ropes mission with Barnabas, he will inform you that your crew needs to be expanded. The island you need to go to is marked in guided mode, but if you are in exploration mode, it is located south of Phokis. Look for a small island with a shipwreck nearby.

Step 2: Take Down Enemies

• Follow the on-screen instructions to engage and defeat all the enemies on the island. Use your eagle companion, Ikaros, to tag each enemy and identify the target. You must eliminate all enemies except for the archer on the right side of the island. He is standing on a platform overlooking the pirate’s camp.

Step 3: Recruit the Archer

• To recruit the archer, approach him stealthily from behind. Follow the on-screen commands to knock him out without killing him. Once he regains consciousness, another command will allow you to recruit him to your crew.

Step 4: Return to Barnabas

• Once you have recruited the archer, make your way back to Barnabas on the Adrestia ship. Talk to him to complete the mission and receive your rewards.
