Step 1: Talk with Johnny and enter Judy’s apartment.

• Once Evelyn is safe, have a conversation with Johnny and then proceed to Judy’s apartment.

• Additionally, you can learn more about Judy by examining the messages on the open laptop in her office.
• When you’re ready to continue, talk to Judy.

Step 2: Join Judy for the braindance.

• Sit next to Judy and enter a braindance session.
• In this particular one, you only need to scan the visual layer.
• The first virtu reveals that Evelyn’s job was to record a virtu with Yorinobu and return it to her employer.
• The rest of the events were Evelyn’s own doing.
• This virtu also indicates that V needs to go to Pacifica and seek out the Voodoo Boys.

Step 3: Analyze another braindance.

• Watch another braindance featuring Evelyn as she sneaks around and eavesdrops on a phone call.
• Switch to the audio layer and scan the call.
• Judy installs a translation mod for V to understand the conversation.
• It is revealed that the individuals on the call were hoping Johnny would lead them to Alt.
• Exit the braindance when you’re ready.

Step 4: Communicate with Judy and Johnny.

• Judy is unaware that Johnny Silverhand resides in V’s head.

• As a reward for completing Double Life, you will receive a point in street cred, a perk point, and an attribute point.
• Feel free to explore Judy’s apartment and interact with items marked with a speech bubble.
• Scanning them will initiate conversations between V and Johnny.

Step 6: Troubleshooting access to Judy’s room.

• If you are unable to re-enter Judy’s room, exit her apartment and use the buzzer located to the right of the door to call Judy.
• She will let you back in, granting access to her apartment once again.
