Welcome to our complete walkthrough for the Lightning Breaks Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. In this guide, we will take you through every major choice and consequence that you’ll encounter during this mission. Follow the steps below to successfully complete Lightning Breaks and progress in the game.

Step 1: Meet Panam at Midnight

• After the events of Ghost Town, head to the Gas Station near the Sunset Motel at midnight to meet Panam. If you arrive early, wait for her by the garage entrance.

Step 2: Assist Panam

• Once the clock strikes midnight, V will experience another malfunction due to the relic. After the malfunction passes, speak with Panam and offer your assistance as she works on her car. When you’re ready, ask Panam about the mission ahead.

Step 3: Discuss the Plan

• Panam will explain the plan for downing the AV. Follow her to the workbench and listen as she goes into detail about the plan.

Step 4: Search Panam’s Garage

• Before heading out, take the time to search Panam’s garage for Shards and any other junk that may be useful. When you’re ready, get into the passenger seat of the car.

Step 5: Connect to the Vehicle’s Turrets

• Panam will need to calibrate you with the turrets. Connect to the vehicle to use the turrets. Johnny will appear and question V’s decision, but reassure Panam that your connection is secure. Proceed with the calibration.

Step 6: Shoot the Targets

• Now that you’re connected to the turret, aim and shoot at the target 50 meters in front of the vehicle. Shoot the marked target on top of a small mound off the side of the bridge with a single shot. Finally, shoot the next target with a longer round to finalize the calibration.

Step 7: Head to the Power Station

• Panam will start heading towards the power station. Take this opportunity to converse with Panam and learn more about her background.

Step 8: Take Out the Power Plant Security

• Arriving at the main gate to the Power Station, jack into the truck’s turrets and prepare for a fight. Use the turret to take out the drones sent by the Power Plant security.

Step 9: Overheat the Terminals

• After dealing with the drones, it’s time to overheat the terminals. Exit the vehicle and find the three marked terminals. Overheat each of them and then return to the passenger seat of Panam’s vehicle.

Step 10: Detonate the AV

• Take the detonator from Panam and wait for the AV to fly over the Power Plant. Use the detonator, and after a few failed attempts, it will explode on the third try. The AV will start to lose altitude.

Step 11: Drive to the Crash Site

• As the AV begins to crash, Panam will drive towards the crash site. Mitch and Scorpion will start a rescue mission for the ship. Despite Panam’s pleas, drones will approach your vehicle due to signal interference, and the mission will end.
