M’ap Tann Pelen

Welcome to IGN’s walkthrough for M’ap Tann Pelen, a main job in Cyberpunk 2077. This job is part of the Automatic Love quest line. In this guide, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions to complete the mission successfully.

Step 1: Clear Side Jobs:

• After completing the Double Life job, call Mr. Hands, the Fixer in Pacifica. He will inform you that he has a job for you from the Voodoo Boys. However, you will need to wait for him to call you back. Use this time to clear Side Jobs with a Medium danger level to gain more experience and improve your skills.

Step 2: Receive the Job:

• After about a day, Mr. Hands will call you back with news about the job. Chat with him to learn that you need to meet the Voodoo Boys’ client at a chapel in Pacifica. Someone will touch you as a signal.

Step 3: Head to the Chapel:

• Make your way to Pacifica and follow the waypoint to the chapel. Alternatively, you can fast travel to Batty’s Hotel or the Chapel fast travel points. Enter the chapel, which will be dark and crowded with people attending a funeral.

Step 4: Find Your Contact:

• Navigate through the crowd towards the middle, where your contact will grab you by the shoulder. You can choose to ask them about the funeral, but the primary objective is to get the details of your job.

Step 5: Visit the Butcher Shop:

• Exit the chapel and follow the waypoint, which is approximately 80M away. As you walk, you will pass people chatting on the street. It’s optional to listen to their conversations. Proceed towards the double doors with the yellow sign that says ROLLAND above them.

Step 6: Speak with the Butcher:

• Inside the butcher shop, you will find the butcher and a woman in conversation. You can let them finish or interrupt with your questions. Ask about Placide, and the butcher will direct your attention to the camera on the right. Look at it to initiate a scan for verification.

Step 7: Locate Placide:

• Once verified, proceed behind the counter towards the back of the shop. The first person you approach will not be Placide, so continue further until you find a man in the back working on a chicken. This is Placide.

Step 8: Follow Placide:

• Placide will instruct you to follow him. Stick with him as he leads you through a busy market and towards the Voodoo Boys base. Stay on the designated path, as Placide will wait for you at certain points if you stray too far.

Step 9: Meet with Placide:

• Sit down with Placide at the Voodoo Boys base. Express your desire to meet Brigette, but Placide insists on completing the job first. Placide will then jack V into the Voodoo Boys’ system for a scan and to provide mission details. Placide will not recognize the biochip.

Step 10: Learn about the Job:

• After the scan, Placide reveals your task: to find a van in the Grand Imperial Mall (GIM) that is protected by the gang Animals. The tech inside the van is not Animal tech, so something suspicious is going on. Your mission is to investigate and find out more.
