• After completing The Information and The Pickup, head to Afterlife to meet Dex.

Step 2: Meeting T-Bug and Going over the Job Details

• Drop off the bot you retrieved and pick up the Militech suit.
• Sit down on the couch and listen to Dex’s question about Evelyn.
• Decide whether to tell Dex the truth or keep it to yourself.
• Take the Shard and plug in for the job details.
• Ask Dex and T-Bug any additional questions.
• Jackie asks about the split, which is thirty percent or forty percent if you told Dex the truth.

Step 3: Getting Ready for the Heist

• Dex leaves and you can ask T-Bug final questions before you’re done.
• Decide whether you’re ready to get started or if you have other business to take care of.

Step 4: The Ride to the Heist

• Jackie and V enter the AI-operated cab and jack in.
• Navigate the conversation with Jackie until T-Bug calls.
• Test your private comms and arrive at your destination.
• Store your weapons and exit the vehicle to begin the heist.

Step 5: Taking Control of the Flathead

• Follow Jackie into the hotel and go through the scanner.
• Talk to the receptionist and make a distraction as instructed by T-Bug.
• Scan the rooms with the Flathead and send it to the vent in each room.
• Use the cameras to navigate through the security room and connect to the Netrunner’s chair.

Step 6: Yorinobu’s Penthouse

• Take an immediate left upon entering Yorinobu’s penthouse and sweep the room for special items.
• Proceed to the safe and access it using the switch.
• Let Jackie grab the contents of the safe and follow him into the maintenance shaft.

Step 7: Escaping the Building

• Watch the events unfold in Yorinobu’s penthouse and scan others in the room.
• Exit the penthouse and follow Jackie to find an escape.
• Make your way through the guards, using stealth or force.
• Reach the elevator and find another way to the lobby.

Step 8: Reaching the Lobby

• Sneak past the guards and cameras, taking them out or avoiding them.
• Subdue the guards in the corridors and rooms as quietly as possible.
• Clear the lobby of security guards and eliminate the Arasaka Mech.
• Loot the area and join Jackie at the elevator to the garage.

Step 9: The Final Escape

• Take out the drones tailing Delamain and get in the cab.
• Dispose of the drones and proceed to the garage.
• Deal with the security guards in the garage and enter the elevator.
• Fight your way through the lobby and defeat the Arasaka security.
• Leave the building with Jackie and make the major choice of where to send him.

Step 10: The Safe House and Confrontation with Dex

• Instruct Delamain on where to take Jackie.
• Proceed to the No Tell Motel and use the Drop Point to manage your inventory.
• Knock on room 204 and have a conversation with Dex.
• Be prepared for a twist and a confrontation with Dex’s guard.
